6.3. Users are advised not to submit to AI systems any information constituting a state secret, banking secret, commercial secret, or other confidential information whose disclosure is restricted by law.

7.2. The retention period depends on the type of data, the nature of the service, security requirements, financial records and applicable law.
7.3. Data whose processing purpose has been achieved and for which no retention obligation remains under the law may be deleted, anonymised, or its processing may be restricted.
Suzma AI takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unlawful access, alteration, loss or disclosure.
